Shipping Policy

Orders

All products are cooked to order, and we don’t keep frozen inventory in stock.

 

Once your order is placed we cook, blast freeze, and ship overnight to ensure freshness and flavor.  

 

All orders placed before noon Friday (CST) will be shipped the following week.

 

Order Date & Shipping Dates

Order placed Monday-Thursday

Shipping the following week on Mon, Tues, or Wed (on the day you designate at checkout)

Order placed before noon CST Friday

Shipping the following week on Mon, Tues, or Wed (on the day you designate at checkout)

Order placed after noon CST on Friday-Sunday

Shipping after the following week on Mon, Tues, or Wed (on the day you designate at checkout)

 

Shipping

We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

 

To ensure the quality and freshness of our products we ship overnight only.

 

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

 

A signature is NOT required at deliver.

 

Ordering Deadlines for Holiday Delivery

  • Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship the following week on Mon, Tues, or Wed.

  • Orders placed before noon CST Friday will ship the following week on Mon, Tues, or Wed.

  • Orders placed after noon CST on Friday-Sunday will ship after the following week on Mon, Tues, or Wed.

Important Delivery Notes for December:

  • We encourage you to order and schedule holiday gift deliveries as early in December as possible.

  • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected.

  • Once our Delivery Reservation Limit for specific days leading up to Christmas is reached, we will provide you with alternate delivery dates which may include:

    • Delivery dates before the week of Christmas

    • Delivery dates between Christmas and New Year’s Eve

    • Delivery dates after New Year’s Day

    • The purchase/delivery of an  e-gift card https://www.74smokehouse.com/gift-card which can be delivered instantly

  • Please order and schedule your delivery to arrive as early in December as possible.

 

Frozen Shipments

Meat is shipped frozen in lined boxes with cold packs.

 

Product will arrive frozen, partially frozen or thawed depending on climate. Please refrigerate upon arrival. 

 

Allow enough time to thaw in refrigerator. Larger meats, such as briskets, hams, and turkeys should be allowed to thaw 2 to 3 days. Allow 1 day for tenderloins, bologna and sausage to thaw.

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

All shipments will go to a single address.  If you would like to ship to multiple addresses in a single order, call Ed at (682) 332-7474 or email support@74smokehouse.com.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

 

International Shipping

We are unable to ship our products outside of the United States.

 

Returns/Refunds 

It is our top priority here at 74 Smokehouse to make sure that you, our customers, are 100% happy with our products.

 

If, by chance, you receive an item that is not “up to par,” we want to hear about it! Your satisfaction is what we strive for and your feedback allows us to make adjustments where needed. 

 

If for any reason, you have concerns with your recent delivery, please call Customer Support at (682)-332-7474 Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm CST)  by the next business day after receipt of your order so we can address your concerns and achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary. 

 

While most deliveries will arrive with your product remaining frozen, weather and delivery delays may result in your product becoming thawed while in-transit.  Product that arrives thawed but still cold can be re-frozen or used within 3-5 days. Please contact us directly at (682) 332-7474 Mon-Fri: 10 AM – 6 PM CST) if you have any concerns or questions about the condition of your order.

 

Please note -74 Smokehouse is not responsible for delays as a result of being provided with an incorrect or incomplete address as customers are required to provide accurate shipping addresses for 74 Smokehouse to guarantee delivery . Failure to provide correct shipping addresses voids our guarantee and will require additional payment (including the cost of shipping) if a replacement order is to be sent.
