Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you sell BBQ sauce?
    No, we do not sell BBQ sauce. Our products don't require sauce. If you want sauce, we encourage you to just pick up your favorite and enjoy.
  • What days do you ship?
    We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to insure you receive your order in good condition. Note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Can I come by the Smokehouse and pick up meat without pre-ordering?
    Please call ahead as all our meat is cooked to order. We will do everything we can to accommodate you but sell out of product is common.
  • Can medium rare cuts be reheated to a more doneness?
    Yes but please follow our instructions.
  • Do you have onsite dining facilities?
    We do not. We offer pick up only. You can let us know if you want your order to be hot and ready to eat, refrigerated or frozen.
  • How far in advance should I order product to be shipped?
    Products ordered by noon Friday will be shipped the following week.
  • Will you be offering any new meats in the future?
    Indeed, we will. We will also be offering seasonal items. Stay tuned!
