I ordered a brisket from 74 Smokehouse and I was not disappointed. The bark on it was perfect and the meat was tender and dripping with flavor. It was such a huge hit at our party; I had a hard time not taking credit for it. I’m saddened by how many people drive through Texas that are lured in by roadside billboards of a rodent touting “Real Texas Brisket” and then wondering what the hype is all about. Any true Texan who's been raised on real Texas BBQ knows what good BBQ is and this is it. I highly recommend these guys and I’ve already ordered my second brisket for our Father’s Day get together.
